Olia Katkova is an artist, creative professional and co-founder of ProoFound, with a particular interest in how technological change affects people, culture and the way we think about our future. Coming to the AI debate from outside the technology industry, she brings a human and creative perspective to ProoFound, focusing on the experiences and concerns of people whose professions are being transformed by AI. Her work with ProoFound is driven by the belief that these voices should be part of shaping the conversation about what comes next.

Leonid Tarasov is an entrepreneur, investor and co-founder of ProoFound, with more than two decades of experience building businesses and investing in emerging technologies. Working closely with founders and investors he has got increasingly interested in how public opinion, expectations and perceptions can influence the future of technology as much as innovation itself. At ProoFound, he brings his experience, networks and understanding of the technology and investment world to help build a broader conversation about how AI is reshaping work and professions.
